General Notice

This Privacy Policy explains the rules governing the processing of Personal Data when users interact with Dexsport online. It applies to the official dexsport.io website, Dexsport decentralized applications, platform tools, and all related digital services, which are collectively referred to as the “Interface”.

Dexsport is responsible for determining the purposes and methods of Personal Data processing. This Policy applies only to Personal Data collected through the Interface and does not apply to offline activities, unaffiliated websites, or services outside the scope of the Interface. For privacy-related inquiries, users may contact [email protected].

Access and Eligibility

The Dexsport platform grants access only to users who have reached eighteen years of age. Use of the Interface confirms that the user meets this age requirement and has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Use of the Interface by minors is prohibited. Dexsport does not provide services to minors and does not knowingly collect Personal Data belonging to children.

Data Collection Limits

As a decentralized platform, Dexsport collects only the Personal Data necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The scope of Personal Data collected may depend on how users access the platform and interact with the Interface.

The Personal Data processed by Dexsport is divided into three categories:

  • Contact Data: physical addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and similar details submitted by users.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, MAC addresses, browser and device information, domain server data, log files, location data, traffic patterns, performance data, website security records, and related access information.
  • Financial Data: wallet addresses, on-chain transaction records, account balances, and other blockchain-related information generated or made available through Interface activity.

Dexsport follows the data collection boundaries defined in this Policy and does not collect Personal Data for purposes beyond those specified here.

Sources of Personal Data

Dexsport collects users’ Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The platform’s core data collection channels are voluntary user submission, automated technical tools, and limited third-party or public sources.

Identity Data and Contact Data may be submitted by users through whitelist forms or other interactive forms available through the Interface. Technical Data may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. Automatically collected Technical Data is used to support platform operation, protect platform security, and measure platform performance.

Information obtained from third-party or public sources may be used only for operational, security, analysis, optimization, and other relevant platform-related purposes.

Operational Processing

The platform may process Personal Data for operational and security purposes. The first category is intended to maintain the availability, stability, and security of the Interface, including routine operation, technical support, troubleshooting, platform maintenance, performance monitoring, and user experience improvement.

The second category is intended to prevent improper or harmful activity on the platform. Such processing may include anomaly detection, fraud prevention, response to rule violations, and handling other misuse that may affect platform security or operation.

Analytics and Communication

Dexsport may use Google Analytics to analyze visitor behavior and compile statistics on user interaction with the platform. Users may review Google’s privacy documentation to understand the relevant data processing rules.

Marketing, advertising, informational, or service-related emails may be sent only where legally permitted. All related Personal Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws.

External Support

Dexsport collaborates with external service providers only where outside support is necessary for platform operation, maintenance, security safeguards, analysis, and optimization.

These providers may assist with the following platform-related services:

  • technical maintenance;
  • project and team management;
  • communications;
  • analytics, statistics, and performance monitoring;
  • marketing-related services;
  • security assurance and operational support.

Relevant Personal Data may be disclosed only when access to such data is required to deliver the corresponding services. Third-party permissions are limited to the scope of assigned responsibilities and service delivery requirements.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Interface uses cookies and similar technologies to support its core functions. These technologies help maintain service operation, analyze user interactions, remember browser settings, measure performance, collect statistical information, and support platform security.

Users may manage related settings through the platform’s cookie banner or their browser settings. Disabling these technologies may cause some Interface functions to become unavailable or operate incorrectly.

Data Retention

Dexsport retains Personal Data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Retention periods may depend on several requirements, including:

  • operational needs;
  • security requirements;
  • legal obligations;
  • accounting obligations;
  • reporting requirements;
  • dispute resolution.

Relevant records are retained for at least thirty days after termination of the user relationship or relevant contract. This period may be extended where required or permitted by applicable law. Personal Data that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted in use.

International Data Processing

Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed by Dexsport in other countries or regions. The data protection rules of the relevant jurisdictions may differ from the rules in the user’s place of residence. Dexsport will take reasonable measures in line with applicable laws to protect Personal Data throughout transfer, storage, and processing.

Security Measures

Privacy and security are core principles of the Dexsport platform. Dexsport uses technical and organizational measures to help guard against risks such as unauthorized access to Personal Data, misuse, leakage, loss, tampering, alteration, or unauthorized exposure.

Data transmission may be secured through encryption protocols and security software where appropriate. At the same time, electronic storage and transmission cannot be absolutely secure, so users should exercise caution when using the Interface.

Children’s Data

The Interface is accessible only to adults. Dexsport does not offer services to children and does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data belonging to minors. Any suspected case may be reported to [email protected], and the relevant information will be deleted after verification where appropriate.

Policy Revisions

Dexsport may revise and update this Privacy Policy when changes occur to business practices, legal obligations, technical procedures, operational requirements, or Personal Data processing workflows. Updated content will be published on dexsport.io or otherwise made available through the Interface.

Users are advised to review the latest version of the Privacy Policy regularly. Continued use of the Interface after updates are released will be treated as acceptance of the latest revision. If users do not agree with Dexsport’s Personal Data processing rules, they may stop using the Interface or exercise their rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
