General Terms
Entrance to the Dexsport Environment
The rules below apply to use of the Dexsport online environment, including dexsport.io, connected interface pages, and related digital access points made available by Dexsport. In these Terms, these access points are called the “Interface”.
The Interface gives users a route into software tools, data protocol components, virtual currency functions, decentralized interaction features, and liquidity-related mechanisms. It does not mean that Dexsport controls every system, transaction, asset, network, or protocol element involved.
By entering, connecting to, browsing, or using the Interface, the user accepts these Terms as a binding agreement with Dexsport. A person using the Interface for a company, organization, or other legal entity confirms authority to accept these Terms for that entity. Anyone who does not accept these Terms must not use the Interface. Use also means acceptance of arbitration where applicable and waiver of class, collective, or representative proceedings.
Access Status and Territory Rules
The Interface is available only to users who are at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity, and may lawfully enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Each user must ensure that access complies with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, restrictions, and local requirements.
The Interface is not available to persons or entities connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, or entities with a registered office or principal place of business there. Access is also barred from restricted territories, including Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Liberia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Nepal, Somalia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
Users must not use VPNs, proxies, IP masking, address-hiding tools, or similar methods to disguise location or bypass restrictions. Dexsport may refuse, limit, suspend, block, or terminate access at any time.
Legal Checks and Lawful Assets
Each user must determine whether access, wallet activity, virtual currency interaction, or related conduct is permitted under the rules that apply to them. Dexsport does not provide legal, tax, reporting, filing, licensing, registration, or regulatory advice and has no obligation to warn users about duties, restrictions, or liabilities arising from use of the Interface.
The Interface must not be used where such use is unlawful or where it would impose legal obligations on Dexsport that Dexsport has not accepted. Users must ensure that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport has a lawful source. Dexsport may deny access where assets are linked to drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
What Dexsport Does Not Control
The Interface may help users reach decentralized networks, virtual currency systems, blockchain tools, protocol functions, and supporting software. Blockchain networks, public blockchain software, transaction validation, virtual currency systems, smart contracts, and protocol-level functions may operate outside Dexsport’s control.
Once a user starts an on-chain action, Dexsport cannot cancel, reverse, modify, confirm, recover, or guarantee its outcome. A transaction may be delayed, rejected, irreversible, affected by fees, or changed by network conditions.
Information displayed through the Interface is provided only for reference. It is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, technical instruction, or professional opinion. Users should consult qualified independent specialists before making decisions involving digital assets, taxes, law, technical systems, or financial exposure.
Digital Asset and Network Risk
Use of blockchain-based tools involves risk. Decentralized systems may be affected by cryptographic failures, congestion, smart contract defects, protocol errors, software vulnerabilities, transaction delays, changing on-chain fees, liquidity shifts, market volatility, security events, regulation, and user error.
Digital asset prices, network speed, and transaction costs may change sharply and without warning. Dexsport assumes no liability for losses connected with volatility, liquidity, failed or delayed transactions, fees, blockchain conditions, or similar variables.
Users are solely responsible for protecting private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, virtual currency, and related access tools. Dexsport is not responsible for assets, wallets, keys, credentials, passwords, devices, or recovery information that are lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or impossible to restore.
Conduct Rules
The Interface may not be used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, harmful, or security-related activity. Users must not violate these Terms or applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with systems, distribute harmful code, attack platform functionality, reverse engineer the Interface, publish false information, manipulate markets, engage in spoofing, conduct wash trading, or commit similar misconduct.
Crypto-specific misuse is also forbidden. Users must not attempt to obtain another person’s private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, account information, or security details; launder crypto assets; use funds derived from criminal activity; use assets connected with drug trade, dark web activity, fraud, theft, or sanctions evasion; or assist another person in such conduct.
Circumvention of access rules is prohibited. If Dexsport believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, territorial restrictions, or security requirements, Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Interface.
Platform Materials and User Submissions
Dexsport owns or controls rights in the Interface and protected materials made available through it, including software, text, design elements, interface structure, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected content. Open-source protocol software remains governed by its own rules.
Using the Interface does not transfer ownership, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights to the user. Users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or allow third parties to use the Interface or its content without express authorization from Dexsport.
Users keep ownership of materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting such materials, users grant Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, and process them in accordance with applicable law. Feedback, bug reports, comments, suggestions, and similar submissions may be used without payment or confidentiality obligations.
Third-Party Material and Privacy
The Interface may contain links or references to third-party websites, services, products, promotions, materials, or other resources. Dexsport does not own, control, endorse, verify, or guarantee those resources. Users who rely on third-party resources do so entirely at their own risk.
Use of the Interface also involves acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable rules.
Interface Availability
The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This applies to the Interface, the Protocol, software code, content, data, technical information, and related materials.
Dexsport does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, suitability for any purpose, absence of defects, or absence of harmful components. No message, statement, data point, or material made available through the Interface creates a warranty.
Liability and User Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property.
This limitation applies to losses connected with hacking, unauthorized access, interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, lost credentials, lost assets, or reliance on information obtained through the Interface.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of the Interface, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the Interface by another party with the user’s assistance.
Disputes, Law and Final Terms
Any dispute between a user and Dexsport relating to the Interface or these Terms is personal to those parties. Users may act only in an individual capacity. Class arbitration, class action, collective action, and representative proceedings are not permitted.
Before formal proceedings, the user must send a notice to [email protected] with their name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested remedy. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, either party may begin arbitration where permitted by these Terms. Any claim must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises, or the right to bring the claim is permanently barred.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved dispute must be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in English, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from different parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. Access from another location does not create jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.
Dexsport may publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when the user first uses the Interface after the updated version is posted. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If the user does not accept the revised Terms, the user must stop using the Interface.
Rights and obligations that should remain effective after termination shall continue to apply. These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface, replacing prior agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
